Goodmorning Bringiton,
I would like to see this technology succeed and am looking forward to Obama's energy reforms.
I picked up a 2006 National Geographic a while ago and they wrote that the USA is the Saudi Arabia of coal deposits and their current power plants were barely coping with domestic demand, not to mention their concern with polluting emissions.
From memory they finished the article by saying new technologies are needed that will address these issues.

Something Ive found interesting is a hospital that is successfuly trialing a neat little unit called Optiflow.
Oxygen,heat and water is delivered into a patients lung at a certain pressure, gasseous exchange occurs and is able to keep the lower lobes of the lung open and thus keep patients off ventilators.
A lung is different to a coal seam, but the principles of the Optiflow unit are similar.
Oh well, thats my 2 bobs worth.
