And low cost energy is a key factor in economic growth. Coal fired power plants continue to be built in all Asian countries which is a statement of the economics of such plants."

A globally recognised has been who shall be nameless, therefore it's not worth the cyber space it's written on.
Even if you could back it up with reality it means nothing against the facts.

Recent prices for solar power have been so low that new coal cannot compete. Not without their continuing heavy subsidies.
