Early, I agree that your arguments and figures are compelling but I am sure the market is fully aware of them and yet for some reason or reasons the price lags at 5.3c
IMO,
The MOU announced is a complex transaction which involves so many unknowns yet to be determined all of which can change at the drop of a hat in the very complex world of small cap miners.

Remember like pecs has stated CSD share capital is no longer 250m shares as shareholders will more than likely approve the mou to allow the company to tackle its next challenge.

Caution and patience is required even though it may seem frustrating at the best of times
