Both PPX and PXUPA have lost heavily ie there are no winners

PPX are typically equity holder investors /business owners

PXUPA are typically income investors seeking a return on capital (interest)

Unfortunately for PPX the PXUPA rank higher in the capital structure and PPX are effectively worthless as one option is conversion of PXUPA to PPX.

Unfortunately for PXUPA there are no effective triggers ( eg accruing interest) requiring PPX to act.

Creating profit would help both PPX and PXU but the capital structure itself and the existence of the PXU are an issue in this structure.

Whilst there will be no winners, believe PPX need to recognise their company has been poorly managed and PPX are worthless

PXU should aim to leave PPX alive and provide something > zero, but unfortunately for PPX holders this is likely to be close to zero, but with a chance of future earnings and dividends.
