Classic Minerals has done this twice before, once at 32 billion and again at 13 billion, But they may not be able to do a capital raise while the stock is suspended from trading. So the strategy may be : 1. Issue shares to creditors . 2. Consolidate the shares with, say, a 50/1 consolidation 3. Apply for relisting. 5 . If relisting is achieved, then try for a Capital Raise from shareholders & the public. THE BIG QUESTION IS, WILL THE EXCHANGE ALLOW THEM TO DO THIS, GIVEN THEY DON'T LOOK LIKE THEY ARE LIQUID? Note, they have dropped the claim that they still have access to 18 million dollars. The other problem for them is as soon as it were to be listed , there would likely be a flood of shares on the sell side & not in a good financial situation for a capital raise. In short, they look cactus.
