Think the share price will acurrately reflect these new contracts in time. another yearly report with great revenue increase, coupled with what i will assume the high hopes for speed will result in a great share price. as for why it is not higher now? think buffett's story about mr. market might tell the tale.

i don't think the ohio situation and nestor soon to be demise are worthy of this share price. think these issues will be resolved by next summer. if they keep churning out the wins someone will take notice we'll get the better share price. i am in this for the long haul and consider this one of my better plays for the next couple of years. imho.
