2003/04 will be the start of rapidly expanding profits for RDF. Profits will come mainly from the US traffic division as they install more red light camera's from the contracts already won.

Also here in Australia I think you will find that RDF will win most of the upcoming contracts as there main compeditor Poltech are looking terminal.

To really understand the potential in this company you have to understand the US operation. Each time RDF install a Red light camera in the US it generates recurring revenue at very high margins for the next 5 years with most contracts having extention options past 5 years. The major cost being the high capital required to install each camera. This upfront capital funding has been the one major obstacle which has held the company back. This problem was solved last December and it's now just a waiting game as RDF install more camera's and the resulting revenue and profits grow over time

This is purely a long term investment as the real potential wont become evident in the profit numbers untill next year
