According to Public Information it seems that another Court Order was issued. This one comes from yet another landowner group.

This might bring the number of PNG court cases to five.

COURT ORDER

The Court Orders That:

1. The court grants leave to advance this matter from the 08th December, 2014 to 19th December, 2014.

2. The requirement of service is dispensed with.

3. The first, second, and third defendants (George Niumataiwalu-Summit Company Director, Summit Development Limited, Indochin Development Limited) be restrained from any further activities including mining at Mt. Kare until the substantive matter is dealt with.

4. All documents subject of this proceedings to be serves in all the Defendants within 21 days.

5. The matter is adjourned to the Registry for an allocation of a hearing date.

6. Costs in the cause.
