Wow, what a great announcement... just what we need to push to sp down to mid-low 2cents. IMO further dilution of share value will destroy any chance of this stock getting out of the doldrums let alone any attempt to bring new investors (or a major) to the table.
I refer to Tom Cruise in A Few Good Men when he said, "the hits just keep on coming".
