Whether they purchased them on market (possibly a small % only), or got them for free through bonuses (or whatever), is not all that relevant as:
10 million shares (assume cost = $0) @ $0.50 sale price = $5 million
10 million shares (assume cost = $0) @ $0.10 sale price = $1 million
Difference of $4 million.....and your argument is because they got their shares for free, they don't care what the sp is?
