At this end of the spec markets, it's all speculation until it becomes real. Looking at the results and market caps of PMT and WR1, perhaps speculators are punting on the potential of the overall area. The high tide as they say lifts all boats and C1X is a tiny boat. It's all about risk and reward and the sentiment.
