I guess it all depends on what ones view is on the economy. If you think its all doom and gloom, than better to stay out of any investment and keep your money in the bank. But if you think that the economy is doing well, unemployment will be kept in check, as will inflation, then its a bargain ast these levels, as are many other stocks of this ilk!
