turtleboy, that certainly wasn't the intention of my post. All I'm saying is a month is enough time to settle your differences if you are ever going to. For all 3 parties, MEO, CUE and PF it's time to opt in or out. Personally I think if the PF has any guts whatsoever they should brush aside CUE's objections and drill anyway, find the gas and thus give CUE an almost unreturnable serve. i.e. we have 15% of all this gas but we don't want to move forward with the other 85%...
