Yeah sure...Newbies taking over the reins and the years over befor they know what direction the horse is going. Stop panicking and let em do what there going to do...good or bad ....your in or out....they have to negotiate a minefield to have this sucseed...thats business , no free runs and can't just punch someones lights ouy to come out on top.....Specially when there bigger than you or more of them your up against.
