    waiting for the goverment to tell as how much we have to spent after all this years? ....what have they being doing all this time ?

    ...bought at 20 cents still loosing money ...yeah lets send johnny on a world tour to sell our resourses to china and japan so we can buy it buy back from them later.
    I will wash that oil off with a gargle of johnnywalker blue.
