I am interested as to who the "advanced" contract negotiations are with and when we're likely to hear about them in more detail. Is it Google? Amazon... For a such a massive expansion I assume there must be a few whales in the water who perhaps were not sure of the first and second generation capacities. Of course, expanding for that reason alone does carry significant risk.
