Their assumptions follow the historical trend. They do not make assumptions about NextDC securing a series of out of the blue mega contracts or any blue sky stuff.
When you say 12-15MW, are you saying that they will recognise recurring revenue on that amount on a yearly basis? Seems high and a very large jump.
That will mean a jump up from ~$30M/year in Recurring Revenue to possibly $48-60M. What is this based on?
I definitely couldn't see it happening over the next 12 months with where S1/S2 are at.
I'd add a slow ramp to Morgans projections.
