Nice article. It affirms everything CS has been saying for 5 years now about Moore’s law. From memory it was something like every 18 months the amount of data created is equivalent to the entire amount of data created prior, in the whole of history. That is some serious data growth. Now where do we fit in? There are many data centres around the country and the world for that matter that offer similar services. . NXT offering of tier4 facilities is a huge selling point in Australia and is imo only starting to be realised. I stated at the start of the year that I believe NXT will be taken over after S2 has opened and am still of that belief. Some major players will be looking over NXT business and will be doing there sums. If we do take ownership of the AJD assets (which I believe we will) then I think a takeover is on the cards.
