Thank you. I see many people claiming that stock xyz will be 10x in 5yrs, etc., but to think that NXT can go from $13.35 to $50 in a decade is completely possible and probably likely. Especially when you look at the management, current financials, and most importantly, the role data centers will play over the next 10 years.
