Yes they do own all land and buildings except for Canberra which they lease if my memory serves me correct. I think they will once again meet or exceed guidance next year. The next big catalyst that I see will be the 60MWS of option being exercised. If this happens anytime within the next 2 to 3 years there will be another huge re rating. Gltah. Aimho
