Unlikely for TAH too except if TAH gets taken over by Caesars or GVC or a Private Equity Group who find a solo customer diminished due to data center issues, NXT might have a tough law suit on its hands if the Caesars/ GVC/ Private Equity Group attorneys try to get at most of NXT as a remedy.
That might be another outcome of the Presidential election. more lawsuits for data compromises and outtages are now a by product.
more litigation might now follow and NXT could arguably not have had the problem with any other solo customer but it appears badly timed on the very day after TAH became the talk of the town in terms of takeovers IMHO but pls DYODD.
