For those that are interested, this is the backup that NEXTDC uses in some of their data centres ... more recent generations use RUPS instead of DRUPS, but the principal is much the same.
A rotary UPS (which uses s spinning flywheel to provide intertia) is an alternative to a static UPS which uses batteries to maintain supply whilst generators start.
As you can imagine there are multiple units in parallel, so a 20MW centre may have 13 or 14 units.
