NEXTDC Ltd (ASX: NXT)The NEXTDC share price was on form again and hit a new record high of $14.10 yesterday (Monday). The data centre operator’s shares have been on fire this year after it experienced a surge in demand for its services. This was driven by the accelerating shift to the cloud caused by the pandemic. Also giving its shares a lift recently was the announcement of a new $1.5 billion debt facility. As well as lowering its cost of debt notably, it has positioned NEXTDC for growth. The latter potentially includes an expansion overseas, given that some of the facility is multi-currency. NEXTDC holds its annual general meeting later this week.
