Global Switch being Chinese owned could be a possibility for a TO by someone. Chinese owned DC's are a bit on the nose at the moment so may have trouble getting business going forward, not so much of a problem if fair dinkum Aussie owned.
Edit: Oh yeah, need to make sure their fire suppression system is up to date and working before buying.
