That was my first thought when it was being put up as an IPO.
"DC Two’s managing director Justin Thomas named data centre giant NextDC (ASX:NXT) as a company his firm aspired to be like.". Nice ambition, but a hard road ahead, of course I'd say things like that if I was floating my company, doesn't mean it won't happen though given the expected DC growth. Could be worth a punt for a bit of DC diversification, at the right price. Holding quality like NXT and MAQ is like holding CSL and COH, gives you a bit of leeway to have a punt on the speccy side of the industry they're in.
