There is no way of building S2 larger. It’s a multi story building that has been completed.
The only reason M2 was able to be scaled out cause it wasn’t a single building but rather a larger area with multiple buildings/halls. They changed the design of the yet to be build halls and increased the number of stories.
Personally I believe the driver of the price drop is to do the with vaccine and expectations of inflation. I’ve sold out of my technology holdings (including NXT) and rotated into value stocks. The PE of technology stocks have been driven up due to low interest rates (10 year Treasury yields have halved due to COVID) which means PE’s can double without earnings increases. If 10 year treasury yields rise then the valuations of tech needs to come down. Also there will be large holders selling tech and rotating into value stocks.
This rotation out of growth into value could persist for 1-3 years. Eventually growth around the world will stall and everyone will come back into growth stocks such as NXT. Im a believer in lower interest rates for longer. Longer meaning 10-30 years.
P.s. There is no guarantee there will be an uptick in the yield curve and the above scenario will occur. I however think yields will rise based on global growth during the last pandemic ending in 1957.
