Looking a bit more closely on the Digital Realty announcement this week. Afr reported on 21 Oct 2020 that Digital Realty had purchased 2 parcels of land in Western Sydney.. So old news. A couple of reports this week state the company "Could" build up to 250mw of capacity. Not "Are going to" or "Will be" e Looking at the company announcements I cannot find any mention from the company to confirm capacity. So 250mw may be possible but when? 2 years, 20 years. Like Nextdc these are long term plays. I think the market needs to consider the facts more and not the "coulds". Seems a big call, in Western Sydney mind you, to build a 250mw facility straight up larger than AirTrunk and Nextdc combined.
