Dual listed Infratil (IFT) increased since Sept their assessed independent valuation at 31st December 2020 of their 48.1% shareholding in CDC. This shows an increase since 30th September 2020 of c.$500m to a range of NZ$2.164b to NZ$2.478b. NZ share market closed today but expecting SP to respond accordingly tomorrow in NZ as AUS today.
As NXT is in the same game expecting SP to come under Upwards pressure with similar Data Centre re-valuations.
