Confirmed, my understanding and what you've stated is correct.
The actual entitlement offer cannot be traded to another usershareholder, however if you 'the entitled shareholder' purchasing the stock makes you eligible to sell the shares bought using the entitlement offer AFTER the 4th October 2016.
