* As its Underwritten the company will issue all shares regardless of retail shareholder take up and will get their ~$100M regardless of takeup. The underwriter must takeup all unsold shares, for this they get a fee.
* If you choose not to take up the offer you have your shareholding diluted.
* As its Non-Renouncable, their is no right to trade your entitlement. Those shares can be picked up by other people applying for overs else the underwriter will pick them up.
