    If NHC did have an agreement regarding the Dart NSW licenses , it can only have been a verbal one surely and only with A.A. ?

    I cant' see how such an agreement could be honoured now - if one ever existed in the first place .

    I thought the Igas board was pretty strong but am having my doubts now .
