WTF is this company doing?
It looks very bad that they can't come up with anything to settle the market - nothing to clear the air and explain that there is no substance to the rumours. Kind of seems like an admission of guilt.

One of the posters on the LSE site came up with something that might interest ex-DTE holders .... he said ..
Surprised no one noticed that at the end of October there were 38% of shares not in public hands. Today there are 27%. 11% of the company’s shares were probably dumped by the significant shareholders of DART – who it looks like managed to get around disclosure rules in the grey zone of international takeovers. This was the only way for them to get out without collapsing the DART share price – sell DART to IGAS, then immediately dump their holdings. Anyone else find it odd that IGAS took over the entire registry of a company and not one single holder made it to the significant shareholder list? Not one TR-1 form?
