Hi Mayo ... I'm not sure if that would work but it's definitely worth looking into.
We've been seriously ripped off with our company being given away for three magic beans that are somehow only worth one magic bean now. Rob Neale told a few porkies to get this going.
At the last meeting he was making out that they were going ahead with their own AIM listing, only days away when this deal appeared. It's obvious that he was heavily involved in cooking up this deal all along. If Igas made an offer, they would have had to disclose this to shareholders - but that never happened.
