    You are spot on Gobsmacked47, it will bring a few more shares on issue. But hopefully after that no more :)

    Imagine if we can produce right away, it will keep the company under 1 billion shares and hopefully no more cap raisings.

    Compared to other companies that are in the same boat as NWE in the exploration stage and have 1+ billion shares on issue out there, we are not doing to bad at all.
