IMO they are talking to him as he knows what he has flogged off to where and what is left. ( probably nothing)

I am sure untangling the assets and finalising accounts would be a nightmare. Starting with a clean slate with no claims against the shell is vital. Who knows who is waiting quietly to lodge a claim against the company.

The new player IMO doe`s not seem to be well known and very little info is around about the company. We can only hope they have financial backing.

Again I suggest all interested punters to contact company to keep the file open and moving. Not let it sit in a tray gathering dust. The more enquiries the quicker it will be finalised. If they know there is plenty of interest perhaps they might just speed it up.
