But, isn't that the share trading all about!!

If it is a takeover (most likey based on b1212 posting) then I think the ann will come with a trading halt. If that is the case it is too late in the day.

If it is sale of portion of some business then it will be normal ann probably with "sensitivity".

Whatever, b1212's speculation did not eventuate. Hopefully, at least his information (with gut feeling) is right, if not, the day and time.
