I trust MP is not in S.Africa representing QTK.

He is not an employee of the company is he?
If he is not an employee and he is dicussing QTK business, to me that means 2 things.

1. The current directors are a pack of monkey's and puppets and can't do anything without him.

2. Qtk may be sharing comfidential information with a major shareholder that they are not sharing with other shareholders. Very innapropriate and probably illegal. If he is a "consultant" that is a major conflict of interest.
