I am no legal expert guys, but to my mind I would back off a touch against RR.
Name calling is one thing, but definitive allegations of improprietary are another. The latter can be grounds for a libel suit.
A high profile individual such as RR has a reputation (?) to protect and is not adverse to a bit of legal action. Arguably he would have cause to at least mount a legal challenge to some accusations on this thread.
He can well afford the ride (the subsequent publicity would pay for the exercise), can you?
