maybe the share price is rising because so many people sent their checks in and there was such demand...is that not a possibility?

if the share price was low, then posters would complain that LT holders are getting even more diluted because of the low price.

if the share price went up (as it did) then posters complain that LT holders are being shafted because their 15k gets them less than they thought based on last week's pricing.

It's a no win situation.

LT holders could have bought last week when the share price was 25% lower AND put their funds in for the SPP.
