I have also asked for the market to be advised what is the costs and breakdown of "forward works". 8 mil of it there abouts. This process is overdue by 5 months according to THEIR original time line. This process had already began before the data room was open Any smart business person would have already contacted the people they know. See La Bella. They were already approached before they got the permit. What has happened to La Bella? They are better of nailing down a project instead of running around looking for more acquisitions. They just simply do not have the money and ZERO revenue. Common sense prevails. Finish what you have started.
