The reality is we just have to wait and find out
Personally i think CAD made a mistake announcing "possible" dates of completion when referring to governmental stuff, any government sucks and always takes 10 years to do something so they have shot themselves in the foot by giving false hope to people
That being said it's silly to project stuff at this stage, we won't know anything until we a nice hole in the ground
Everyone knows it's all hanging in the balance and naturally people will lose interest because they are holding CAD to their announcement of possible dates
All i can say is goodluck to all, lets hope this is a unicorn and if it's not, onto the next one!
