A few observations and comments;

1) Directors own a significant part of this company and it is tightly controlled. Good luck with removing them.

2) Directors have done the right thing by investors and not sold on sp spikes. At least give them credit for that.

3) If the stock is so bad - sell. No-one is making you own this stock.

4) Cash was raised at 8c and the outlook is not that different now.

5) IMO the sp will rise again on the whiff of the China deal going ahead or another deal.

6) If you can't handle volalility in stocks and/or losing money, don't invest in penny dreadfuls.
