    Do these guys have any idea of time costs ?

    Excuse after excuse - something fishy going on!!

    Wasted three quarters doing nothing - by the time the rig is onsite all money would have been wasted on salaries and it will be capital raising time again (most probably to mates again at 5 cents). Looks like good bye to options.
