I think you have to understand the reason behind why CUV want another trial for EPP, I'll expect to see more and more trials over the coming year for the other indications. In my mind CUV need to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that the drug can be used safely as it's sure to attract a massive off-label use (see today's paper for the article on the blackmarket).
CUV will file for regulatory approval after the first EPP trial is completed shortly (coming weeks). 2010 is a big year for CUV, as long as safety keeps a great track record I think regulators would be quite happy.
