    Today's AFR has a big article on a new DA gained by WTP in Brisbane being stages 2,3,4 & 5 of an existing development which will only proceed with pre-lease & development funding. A great time to be stockpiling DA's so as to get a jump start when the market picks up. Smart move Mr Kempton.
