the point you make is a good one and I definitely agree this is very positive for any company.
my question though on your analysis is what did they pay for the shares?
i.e. were they all purchased on market or were they an exercise of options at lower prices?
the answer I am looking for (to support your point) is how much physical cash have they got riding on their decisions?
