With the already huge board and cost of maintaining such, the company needs to be culling directors. not adding them.

Has anyone looked at what skill sets some of these directors supposedly bring? Most of them are negligible or duplicated - and a lot are "jobs for the boys" - 1980's WA style.

Simon has been "mates" with many of these guys for years - not sure that qualifies them for a board seat.
