Hi all,
Did the proposed purchaser of the resort forfiet any deposit on the option or exchange of contracts which they entered into with WC??????
As we all suspected, this was never going to go thru.From memory, this was at about the same time as the Castlereagh Capital fiasco, and it was put forward to PIF members to show what a wonderful job WC was doing for us.
Another great disappointment from WC.
