This take over talk is nonsense. No one is going to take over a failing business for the sake of running it as a business, that's just insane. No one in their right mind would want to take over the SBT project, and the YTK project is in trouble, likely severe trouble. Just maybe someone might want to buy them out to get the infrastructure and continue with YTK or clean it up and stick another species in, but honestly, how much do you think they'd pay? It would be far far less than the current share price.
The only reason you would be likely to want to take this over would be if liquidation value became greater than what you could buy it for, and that's just not going to happen (anyone want to bother coming up with a ball park figure of what you'd get for CSS' assets are firesale prices? It's really not much and I doubt you'd find anyone willing to pay more for the IP than I did for my car.). Even if you could get a few shares for around 0.5-1c, there are too many die hard holders who would be unwilling to give their up for anything less than many times what they are worth. This would make a take over attempt expensive and futile and anyone considering a take over would know this.
The drop in share price isn't anyone playing silly games to accumulate, it's people waking up and jumping ship before it sinks. Seriously, close your eyes, take a deep breath, have an honest look at the situation and tell me it's not a case of imminent folding.
