ok if you read between the lines then you will notice thats how a lot of resource companies get their name out there. Its called baiting, they get hold of a useless project then talk it up, find another project and keep talking. This way they keep a flow of new uneducated investors flowing through their database by flooding the market with exciting useless announcements. It keeps the management in employment.
